Windows 8.1.1 themes updated May 5th 2014

All themes have gotten a Taskband button fix on all submitted themes here. (Except Longhorn Evolution 8.0. I may not keep that around for long around here.)

The Taskband button's height have been fixed to stretch to fix the height of the taskbar, on Large and Small icons.
