Windows 8.1.1 Consumer Preview (Nov 6, '14)

From Build 8250 over to the latest 9600 Build. If anyone had used this sort of Beta before now you can enjoy it on the final version of Windows 8.1

Here is the link www.sendspace.com/file/4tyv4w  to the Consumer Preview Ribbon Patch. I would credit the person for creating this patch, but I do not remember his name. If anyone knows who it is I'll add that persons name here. The patch works for Windows 8 and 8.1.
